playground, after his drive-in date with Sandy went awry in the 1978 classic,
Grease .
Well, maybe you'd like to forget the song.
Or, how about the Galaxy Drive-In, which was destroyed by a twister during a showing of
The Shining in 1996's Twister .
Many movies have prominently featured drive-in theatres, some real and some fictional.
Zuko's Grease Drive-In was the real thing, the now-defunct Studio Drive-In, not far from
Hollywood.
