Leroy Kendis, Associated Theatres, vice-president, said his firm acquired the property, business and equipment in a deal
involving about $100,000. The theatre was purchased from Robert Tuttle and Donald Swenk, both of Adrian. They had
owned it for the last four years. Kendis said Associated Theatres plans to spend betwen $25,000 and $30,000 on
improvements during the winter. He said the capacity will be increased 100 cars, making a total capacity of 600 cars.
The theatre is located on M-52, about two miles north of here. (Boxoffice Magazine 1/3/60)

Update: Site now is occupied by indoor theatre.
The exisiting theater is owned and operated by MJR Theaters, the same folks who
operated the drive-in. I have been in touch with them to determine if there are any pictures of the old drive-in and apparently they do not have any.
